Experienced in both print and digital journalism, I’ve written features and op-eds on education, lifestyle and travel.

I’ve extended this knowledge to content and social media marketing where I write email, social media and paid ads copy. From strategising to keyword research for SEO, I’ve also developed my technical knowledge, which gives me a well-rounded skill set. I also continue to write op-eds on current affairs from the lens of a British, Indo-Caribbean Muslim. I’ve been featured on the Huffington Post, iNews, Brown Girl Magazine and contribute to radio discussions on BBC Radio London and BBC Asian Network.

If I’m not on social media or typing away, then I’m likely planning my next holiday (New York has become a permanent fixture in my yearly travel plans).

Hobbies include cooking and spending an absurd amount of time on Pinterest, with an iced coffee in hand obviously.
